The Business Challenge

Alpine Technical Solutions, located in Littleton, Colorado is the brainchild is independently owned and started by entrepreneur Ryan Smith. The company provides temporary technical staffing needs to a variety of companies looking to fill development, technical support or other tech-related positions. In starting Alpine Technical Solutions, Ryan was looking to create a well-rounded and technologically integrated approach to the staffing and interview process.

Ryan approached Amadeus Consulting with a plan to grow his business by creating a marketing demo of his website to present to investors. He needed the presentation to be highly technical, graphically pleasing and demonstrate a wow-factor to impress participants in his business endeavor.  This required the project to have a quick turn-around time, include impressive and accessible features on a budget. Ryan Smith came to Amadeus Consulting because he knew of our ability to tackle fast-paced projects that require high-technical ability and budget concerns.

Amadeus Consulting was up to the challenge of creating this demo that could sell this unique company to potential investors.




The Solution

Leveraging our extensive knowledge of Flash, graphic design, and video editing, Amadeus Consulting created a compelling demo for Ryan Smith and Alpine Technical Staffing, in order to have a solid presentation and tangible concept for him to gain venture capital.

Specifically, the demonstration showed how employers could customize and automate online video interviews for each candidate, while seeing a more personal side rather than just a resume. Candidates do not know what questions are coming and cannot rehearse their answers, allowing the employer to get a true insight into their personality and communication skills. They could also view other candidates who had uploaded videos and review potential candidates.

The marketing demo was successfully deployed in April of 2009. Ryan Smith was extremely pleased with the results and is now taking this to potential investors to work on this exciting project.
