Amadeus Consulting, a Boulder-based
application development company has been nominated for the Top Company Award. The distinction, presented by Colorado Biz Magazine is highly regarded as Colorado's most prestigious business award.
Colorado's Top Companies are determined by many factors, including those specific to the 11 different industry categories. Amadeus Consulting was nominated in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications category, for the companies' extensive history in the software application development industry.
Additionally, companies must demonstrate: extensive long-term financial performance through revenue, employee and diversity growth; community involvement through internal objectives and local input; and lastly outstanding achievement in their field.
Amadeus Consulting has had a banner year in each of those fields, having come off a successful 2009 and experiencing tremendous growth in 2010. The companies' tradition in community and environmental stewardship continues through the BLAST! Program (Business Leaders in Action for Sustainability Today), a training that provides hands-on and specific recommendations for business leaders to make their offices green.
The technology team at Amadeus Consulting has also received quite a bit of positive attention as of late for the Web Services, Kiosk Software and enterprise technology system that they created for Denver B-cycle, a third-generation and technologically savvy bike sharing company.
Lisa Calkins, Chief Executive Officer of Amadeus Consulting stated, "We're very excited to be nominated for this award because we approach everything we do with enthusiasm and a depth of experience. We will continue to stay an energetic, complete solutions company that offers clients anything from search consulting to web applications, to mobile apps, to 24x7 support."
