Joseph Klida, the
Senior Technical Architect and partner at Amadeus Consulting will be speaking at the May meeting of the Boulder Silverlight Users Group on Thursday May 20
th 2010 at Boulder Digital Works in Boulder, Colorado. Joseph will be presenting "A Look at MVVM: MVVM Architecture and Best Practices."
Joseph's presentation will focus on the basics of the SilverlightTM design pattern Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) and how separating the view from the model allows for greater testability, a cleaner and easier to maintain application and the ability for designers to work independently of the developers.
"With Microsoft Silverlight continuing to grow in the Rich Internet Application arena, I am excited to speak with my peers about commanding, messaging and viewmodels and discussing best practices for deciding if it's the right design pattern for their applications," said Joseph Klida of the opportunity.
Joseph Klida was an early adopter of Microsoft® Silverlight as part of the Quality and Innovation Leadership team at Amadeus Consulting, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. He has extensive experience developing many large-scale custom solutions and is responsible for developing best practices through technical analysis and advising the Amadeus Consulting technology team on each project.
