Amadeus Consulting is proud to announce it has been nominated for the Colorado Ethics in Business Alliance's (CEBA) Business Ethics and Sustainability Award for 2009. The award focuses on successful businesses that demonstrate a proven track record of ethical conduct, socially responsible business practices and a commitment to sustainability.John Basso, CIO who is largely in charge of Amadeus Consulting's sustainability practices said of the honor, " In our 15-year history we have always tried to stay true to our guiding principles which continually help us not only with ethical considerations, but also our social and sustainable business practices. It is very exciting to be recognized among our peer set."
Specifically, John Basso is the force behind BLAST! (Business Leaders in Action for Sustainability Today) which is a not-for-profit community based program that trains local business leaders tangible, simple and technical ways to integrate sustainability into their offices. Amadeus Consulting has been pleased to train numerous companies this summer.
The Colorado Ethics in Business Alliance mission is to promote responsible business conduct for the benefit of the workplace, the marketplace, the environment and the community. It was founded in 1991 by R.J. Ross of the Samaritan Institute, Bruce Hutton of the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and Jeff Rundles of ColoradoBiz magazine.

The awards will be announced in March of 2010.
