Awards and recognition allow us to recognize milestones and achievements with employees, clients and the community. They are important and yet understood in the perception of a company, just like the trophies and ribbons that we have won throughout our lives for a track and field event, a soccer tournament, a chess team match, a marathon we finished or a rock band contest. That is why we appreciate all of the recognition we have received and do not perceive one more important than another but all milestones along our path. We enjoy celebrating our successes but have learned the win is not the award itself but the positive difference we made earning it.
