Open Positions:

Team Lead

A team lead is needed with at least five to seven years of progressively responsible programming, supervisory and client communication experience for a fulltime position. Flexibility to potentially work outside of "traditional" business hours required. B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar technology discipline preferred. Strong communication skills are required. Enthusiasm for working in a team environment as well a successful team management experience required. This candidate must demonstrate expert understanding and application of .NET architecture and object oriented design as well as strong C# development skills. Successful experience in developing Web Applications and Web Forms is required. Other Microsoft technologies to be knowledgeable in: SQL Server, Windows CE, C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript, XML / XSLT, MCSD, Flex, Flash.

Flextime .NET Developer

This position is designed with potentially fluctuating work hours weekly based on personal scheduling demands as well as work flow needs at Amadeus Consulting. The target hour range is at least 10-25 hours weekly. Demonstrated understanding and application of .NET architecture and object oriented design. Proficiency in C# Development, experience in developing Web Applications and Web Forms required. Other Microsoft technologies to be knowledgeable in: SQL Server, Windows CE, C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript, XML / XSLT, MCSD.

Support Team Developer

We are looking for a developer with programming, client communication and problem resolution experience for a fulltime position. Efficiently utilize resources (internal and external). Work with the customer support manager on creative technical solutions for business problems. Fulfill work to meet client expectations around budget, scope and schedule. Fulfill internal project, on-demand and follow-on support needs. The Support Team Developer is responsible for release management and pushing the client's code to production. Field, troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues for external customers. Work on site in our Boulder office as well as the flexibility to potentially work and/or be on-call outside of "traditional" business hours required. B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar technology discipline preferred. Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for working in a team environment required. Please have familiarity with quality practices and tools.

Flex Developer - Contract 

We are searching for a computer programmer with expertise in Flex development to join our team in a contract capacity. The contract will be defined to support full time (40+ hours weekly) over the next several weeks/few months. This candidate must have strong object oriented design skills as well as strength in developing in a .NET environment with primary fluency in Flex. It is also helpful for applicants to have proficiency in Silverlight and Flash development. The candidate must have at least three years of previous professional computer development experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited university/college.

Business Development Consultant

The Business Development Consultant is responsible for executing the client selection process and holds accountability for an exceptional client experience from the beginning of an engagement, during the engagement by facilitating ongoing discussions at key milestones, and during the support phase of an engagement to ensure that the client's business vision is attained.Must have work experience that demonstrates world class sales ability or potential, excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
