	Spyder Spyder Active Sports manufactures high-end apparel for skiing and other outdoor sports. The company has experienced rapid and sustained growth and expects this trend to continue. In response to this challenge, Spyder reviewed its business operations and IT systems to identify the greatest constraints on future growth. Amadeus Consulting assisted with this assessment and identified two primary business challenges. Twice per year Spyder produces multiple versions of a dozen product catalogs representing over 15,000 SKUs. The order forms were distributed via e-mail, completed in the field and e-mailed back to company headquarters. This process was inefficient and not scalable. Amadeus Consulting proposed a Dealer Extranet to manage the distribution and receipt of sales order forms. We developed a custom Windows application for auto-generation of the Dealer Order Form. Each Excel order form is now created in a few seconds instead of many days.
