The director of client engagement role at Amadeus Consulting provides continuity for an exceptional client experience throughout an engagement. The director manages internal development priorities on an engagement level to ensure internal processes align with client agreed-upon outcomes. The director is accountable for scope, budget, and timelines and ensures a project stays on track.
Josh is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) and has held a security clearance within the United States Government. He is also in charge of our technical recruiting efforts. Josh understands a successful client engagement from the very beginning is critical to our goal as a long-term partner with our clients. We are confident all clients will have an enjoyable and professional experience working with Josh, as he is highly respected around the organization and among current clients.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Evansville. He has been a valuable member of the Amadeus team since November 2005. Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, skiing, reading, and every year leads an Amadeus Consulting team on a mountain hike.
