Leanin' Tree greeting cards have been an American tradition since 1949. Leanin' Tree's current Web site was outdated and required added flexibility for browsing. The company also desired an application for users to design professionally printed greeting cards by uploading their own personal photos.
Amadeus Consulting began addressing this challenge by re-writing the e-commerce platform in .NET with ability to easily incorporate future enhancements. In addition, Amadeus Consulting developed the personalized greeting cards application for users to upload their own photos. Using Flash technology, the user interface was built for simplicity and ease of use. Known for being the company that does "the hard stuff", Amadeus Consulting programmed the system to allow high-quality prints that integrate with other companies where professionally printed cards can be run in small batches, all while keeping the interface simple for the customer.
