Prior to contacting Amadeus Consulting, Hickey & Associates managed all incentives using various updates of Excel spreadsheets. However, due to the increasing demand for incentive compliance tracking, extra auditing and scrutiny by government agencies, the sophisticated administrative work necessitated a more powerful, customized piece of software and management system. To tackle these issues, Amadeus Consulting created a user-friendly, scalable, Web-based system to track incentives referred to as the Public Incentive Management System (PIMS).
