Global Solar Energy (GSE), based out of Tucson, Arizona, is the leading manufacturer of thin-film solar cells and is also a leading manufacturer of solar chargers, solar modules, and grid-tied products. Global Solar Energy needed a development partner with a strong process and found Amadeus Consulting was a perfect fit for the project. GSE wanted a custom application to produce user-defined reports on a unique set of manufacturing data.

Spyder came to Amadeus Consulting for help developing a custom ordering and product management system. Spyder was using Excel databases and manual transcription to create catelogs and complete orders and needed a system that was scalable and efficient, and that could easily handle over 150,000 products from multiple vendors.

Ascriptus approached Amadeus Consulting with the idea of voice navigation integration that would allow for faster documentation, less lag time and reduced cost associated with outsourcing of transcription services. The challenge in this project was to create a technologically-sound way to improve the medical transcription process for Ascriptus.

Due to an enormous increase of product demand, iSatori's current systems couldn't handle the large increase in sales and employees and the company needed expert advice on how to scale its technology including its internal network, Web sites, and internal order processing.
