Clients receive technical support for defects for any software built completely by Amadeus Consulting, as well as research and diagnosis of software related issues. For systems built wholly or partially by third-party software providers, the team will design a plan that addresses the unique issues presented by the client's existing system. In most cases, this translates to a dramatic cost saving when compared to hiring additional IT resources.
